HOW CAN WE MANAGE OUR TIME

  One of the the biggest challenge is managing the time  for most people– specially in this pandemic era 😪-. We try to put in order everything in our minds and do all of them at the same time so it makes everything complicated but with  simple techniques we can figure it out. There is a one called  ''Kanban Technique''. 

    It has a simple method. You should get three column on a pinboard . Their names are should be ‘’ to do’’, ‘’ In progress’’ and ‘’ completed ‘’ . you write the things you should do on these post-its and pin them  on ‘’ to do’’ part. When you start doing you should , move the post-its to ‘’ in progress’’ part.

After you’ve done your tasks, pin them on the ‘’ completed’’ part. It is important because seeing the task you have done, motivates you. 


There are tons of techniques like  Kanban, you can search for them too, of course but this one is simpler and easier. I suggest you to try if you have issues about managing time 😉
